Public Workshops 

Nelson County is updating its Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. The ordinance update is a key strategy of the Nelson 2042 Comprehensive Plan. The input and experience of residents, property and business owners, developers, and others is important to updating the ordinance to serve the needs of the community.

Each workshop will include a project presentation, zoning and land use activities, and time for discussion and questions. The workshops are identical - choose the one that best fits your schedule.
