Participate in a workshop focused on zoning needs for the County. Both workshops are identical, no need to attend both!

Drafting Worksessions
Berkley Group will facilitate review and discussion of individual drafted articles of the ordinance in a series of six worksessions, every other month. Worksessions are open to the public, but there will be no comment period.

Open House
TBA - A public open house will be held to reveal the compiled draft ordinance.
Fall 2024
Focus Group Listening Sessions
TBA - A series of targeted listening sessions with citizen groups and experts in their fields.
Winter 2025
Pre-adoption Joint Worksession
TBA - A final worksession before the Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors hold public hearings to vote on the new ordinance.
Winter 2025/2026
Planning Commission Public Hearing
TBA - The Planning Commission will review the draft ordinance and take public comment before giving its recommendation for adoption to the Board of Supervisors.
Winter 2025/2026
Board of Supervisors Public Hearing & Adoption of the Ordinance
TBA - After hearing public comment, the Board will vote on whether or not to adopt the Plan.
